SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

1. USE THIS FORM ONLY FOR GROUP ORDERS. To place an individual order please go HERE

2. There is no minimum order. There are discounts for orders of 10 or more shirts with the same design.

3. All shirts will ship to 1 (one) address. If the shirts are going to multiple addresses, the appropriate shipping costs will be billed to those individuals and shirts will not ship until the shipping costs have been paid.

4. There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.

5. Please place your order at least 14 BUSINESS days in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $20 rush fee.
