What type of shirts are used?
We use Anvil brand ringspun cotton tees unless otherwise stated in the product description.
How will I know what size I need?
Our shirts come in both Unisex and Women's sizes. The Unisex tees are a little longer than the Women's tees, so if you would like more length, then go down a size in the Unisex sizing. Please reference the Size Chart before placing an order, as there are no returns or exchanges.
How do I take care of my shirts?
Wash in cold water with like colors
Hang dry or dry on low setting
Do not dry clean
Iron inside out. DO NOT iron directly on design
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Your payment is processed with our secure payment processing system and we do not store your credit card information.
When will my order arrive?
Standard processing time for orders is 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipping. Orders usually ship earlier than this, but please allow the 7-14 days. Times may be longer for larger custom orders and during sales. We use the United States Postal Service for shipping. First Class Shipping is usually 5-7 days, and Priority Shipping 1-3 days. International Shipping can take 3-5 weeks before arriving. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. My Tee Sharp is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses nor the delivery to an incorrect address. As the customer, you are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS. Any disputes regarding shipping will need to be handled with the USPS. My Tee Sharp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and we reserve the right to determine if/when a package will be resent based on the circumstances.
If your tracking states that your order has been delivered and you do not have possession of your package, check with your neighbors or your leasing office. The Post Office does mis-deliver packages at times. If your package can not be found, please contact your local post office and open a missing package case.
Can I track my Package?
Yes, you will receive an email with your order's tracking number. If it is a First Class International Package, there is no tracking available once your package leaves the United States.
Can I return/exchange my order?
We do not accept returns or exchanges as each product is made to order. Please consult the size chart if there are any questions on sizing.
If the item you received was defective, we will replace it for the same item in the same size. Please email us at email@example.com to report a defective item.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not issue refunds as we begin processing your order after it is placed. Please make sure that all of your order details are correct BEFORE submitting your order.
